صلاحيات جديدة للمدير العام لسونطراك “ولد قدور” !!

اعطى رئيس الجمهورية عبد العزيز بوتفليقة صلاحيات و منصب جديد للمدير العام لسونطرك عبد المؤمن ولد قدور حيث سيتولى هذا الاخير، مسؤولية تعيين أعضاء مجلس إدارة مجمع سوناطراك بعدما كان القرار ضمن صلاحيات الوزير المكلف بالطاقة،.

و جاء المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 18-152 الذي صدر في العدد 33 من الجريدة الرسمية ليعدل المرسوم  الرئاسي رقم 98-48 المؤرخ في 14 شوال عام 1418 الموافق 11 فبراير سنة 1998 والمتضمن الــقــانــون الأساسي لــلشركـة الـوطـنـيـة لـلـبـحث عـن المحروقات وإنتاجها ونقلها وتـحويلها وتسويقها “سوناطراك.

وحسب المرسوم فإنه يخول للــرئــيس المديــر الــعــام أعضاء تعيين الـلـجـنـة الـتـنـفـيـذيـة، بـاستـثـنـاء نـواب الـرئـيس، بـعـد مـوافـقـة الوزير المكلف بالمحروقات”، كما منح الرئيس بوتفليقة لعبد المؤمن الورقة البيضاء لتنفيذ الإستراتيجية الجديدة للمجمع التي تمتد إلى غاية 2030 والتي يهدف من ورائها حمل الشركة لتصبح ضمن الشركات الطاقوية الخمسة الكبرى في العالم.
