إنجاح الامتحانات مسؤولية الجميع

دعت وزيرة التربية الوطنية السيدة نورية بن غبريط أمس، من وهران للحرص على ضمان مصداقية الامتحانات وعلى رأسها امتحان البكالوريا واتخاذ كل الإجراءات التي ينص عليها التنظيم الذي يحكم سير الامتحانات الرسمية لضمان نجاحها مع توفير الظروف الأمنية خلال امتحانات البكالوريا. 
وأكدت السيدة بن غبريط خلال إشرافها أمس، بوهران على لقاء ضم مفتشي التربية الوطنية ومدراء المؤسسات التربوية بالأطوار الثلاثة، حيث أكدت أن وزارة التربية الوطنية بحاجة لالتزام كل الفاعلين في القطاع بالتجند لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة خاصة ونحن على أبواب الامتحانات الرسمية التي تنطلق الأسبوع القادم بالنسبة لامتحانات التعليم الابتدائي، وتليها امتحانات التعليم المتوسط، وبعد ذلك البكالوريا بين 20 و25 جوان المقبل.
وشددت الوزيرة في مداخلتها على «ضرورة ضمان نجاح هذا الحدث الهام»، داعية إلى التجند واليقظة حرصا على «مصداقية الامتحانات الوطنية الرسمية، لاسيما امتحانات البكالوريا لأن هذه المهمة مرتبطة بالتزام كل واحد منكم باحترام القوانين».
كما دعت بن غبريط إلى توفير النقل للمترشحين القادمين من مناطق بعيدة عن مراكز الامتحانات حتى يلتحقوا بها في الوقت المحدد وتوفير الظروف الأمنية أثناء إجراء الامتحانات مع توفير وسائل الراحة للممتحنين مثل المكيفات في قاعات الامتحان.
كما أكدت المتحدثة أن الوزارة قد أدخلت حركية جديدة بفتحها العديد من الملفات المهمة، التي من شأنها تحسين الأداء الداخلي للمنظومة التربوية، وكذا ظروف التمدرس والظروف الاجتماعية ذات الطابع المهني للموظفين، موضحة بأن «هناك مشاكل كثيرة يعرفها القطاع تنامت معها ظاهرة اللجوء للعدالة ما يدفع لتفعيل دور الوساطة». وحمّلت الوزير مفتشي التربية المسؤولية الخاصة بالتنسيق باعتبارهم حلقة الوصل بين الإدارة المحلية والإدارة المركزية التي يرفعون إليها الانشغالات ذات الطابع البيداغوجي.
كما أوضحت الوزيرة بأن المفتشين مطالبون بالسهر ومرافقة الأساتذة بالتكوين وتثمين عملهم، مع منح الأستاذ هامش من الحرية في اختيار المقاربات البيداغوجية، مضيفة: «إننا لا نفرض على الأستاذ الاستعمال الحصري لمقاربة على حساب مقاربة أخرى، الأمور تتغير باستمرار ويجب أن نتوقع في المستقبل ظهور مقاربات بيداغوجية جديدة بالنظر للوتيرة المتسارعة التي يشهدها البحث التربوي والابتكارات البيداغوجية، إن التجديد لا يلغي القديم بل يكمله وأن الاستفادة من التجارب على المدى الطويل هي خاصية من خاصيات قطاع التربية».
وأكدت بن غبريط على أهيمة الإصغاء للفاعلين في القطاع، الذين لهم معرفة دقيقة بالميدان وفق تسيير جواري «يسمح لنا بتكوين صورة واضحة عن أداء المنظومة التربوية ميدانيا، لأنه من المهم وضع الأمور في سياقها»، وأضافت الوزيرة «لا شك أن هناك بعض التحديات المعقدة ولكنني على يقين أن الحلول والبدائل موجودة، فالتحدي بالنسبة لنا اليوم هو تحسين التسيير والمقاربات البيداغوجية حتى نساير التغيير الحاصل لنكون في مستوى تطلعات المجتمع». كما دعت الوزيرة المفتشين والمدراء لإعداد خريطة طريق تحدد فيها آجال مختلف العمليات المسطرة لتحسين ظروف التمدرس على ضوء الاختلالات المسجلة في الميدان.
